I am trying to put a name on a mystery series that I believe was BBC or ITV from the sixties. It started with a view of a carnival carousel spinning around, and the narrator reciting about "a wise man believes only in lies, trusts only in the absurd, and expects only the unexpected". I think it was mystery, or maybe a mystery/horror/supernatural theme like "Hitchcock presents". I was very young at the time, and the production was in syndication back then. I am 45 now and really don't remember anymore about it. Could you shed any light on this program please? Any help would be greatly appreciated. bns.little@att.net |
